Account and registration
No. Each person may keep only one active sdtoto account. Multiple accounts by the same user violate our terms of service. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, payment method, IP address, or phone number, we will close all accounts associated with that user and may forfeit any balance on those accounts. This policy applies to all users, whether they are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or any other location where sdtoto is available.
If you accidentally create two accounts and want to keep only one, contact our support team via live chat with the usernames of both accounts. We can help you close the unwanted account and consolidate your balance, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) rules.
When you register on sdtoto, you provide four pieces of information: your chosen username (3–20 characters, letters and numbers only), your email address, your mobile phone number, and a password of at least 8 characters. These details create your account login credentials and allow us to contact you about account activity, transaction confirmations, and support requests.
At registration, we do not ask for your full legal name, date of birth, or ID number. Those details are collected later during Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification when you request your first withdrawal.
